Northwest Henry Utility District

Serving our community with safe and reliable drinking water.

The Northwest Henry Utility District is committed to ensuring the safety and reliability of our water infrastructure. In adherence to the requirements set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), we have completed a thorough investigation of our service lines.

We are pleased to report that our investigation has confirmed that no service lines contain lead. This conclusion is based on a comprehensive review of recorded plans housed at our Utility District Office, review on home built dates, interviews with utility district staff and engineers, and finally field inspections that occurred in 2019/2020. All investigation verified that all service lines within the district are non-lead.

Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of water safety remains unwavering, and we will continue to monitor and maintain our service lines to ensure they meet or exceed all regulatory requirements.

Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
